My Buddy Tim and I headed out for some Splake this
morning. Wow it was cold! Minus 21! Ya, we're crazy.
But this was my first time on the ice this year and a
little cold wasn't going to stop me. We tried fishing on
Upper Rock Lake for about 2 hours. But they just
weren't biting. There were a few other anglers on the
lake in the same deal.
So we ventured out for some Lakers on Loughboro.
There was about four to six inches of ice in our area.
So we didn't move around too much. Tim managed to
jig one up on a Red Sweedish Pimple.
Good Job Buddy. It was a tough day to say the least.
